US Legal PRO presents any Service Contacts attached to a case as well as the ability to search for Service Contacts on file with the
eFiling Manager, and attach or detach these Service Contacts to or from a case. You may only detach a Service Contact from a case if they are part of your firm.
US Legal PRO transmits the filings and Service Contact list to the eFiling Manager. The eFiling Manager directly emails the Service Contacts notifying them of the eService with a link to the documents being served.
When a Service Contact receiving the eService clicks on the link in the email to open the documents, the status of the eService reflects an "Opened" status
